DhiEdDhiEd is a brand of Muktodhara, a proprietorship registered under GST (GSTIN 19BXIPR2995F1ZT), 17A Bhabanath Sen Street, Kolkata 700004, West Bengal, India. In these pages, “DhiEd”, “we” and “us” mean Muktodhara.
DhiEd plans are online study plans. Nothing is posted or shipped to you, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
How you receive your plan
- Access is given automatically, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- We email the login details and a GST invoice to the email address used at checkout.
- The student logs in at dhied.com and studies from the dashboard on a phone, tablet or computer.
If access does not arrive
If you have paid and cannot see the plan within 2 hours, email help@dhied.com or message us on +91 90510 12034 (WhatsApp) with the order number. If we cannot fix it within 48 hours, we refund the payment in full, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Exam paper checking
With the Exam Paper Check and Complete plans, the student writes each paper by hand and uploads photos or a scan from the dashboard. We return the marked paper with feedback online, usually within 48 hours of upload.
How long access lasts
Plans give access from the day of purchase until 31 March 2027, the end of the current exam session.
