By buying a plan or using dhied.com you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. What DhiEd provides

DhiEd provides online study material for school students: chapter flashcards, practice questions with explanations, chapter tests, progress reports and, with the Exam Paper Check and Complete plans, checking of full exam papers that students write by hand and upload. Material is organised by board (ICSE or CBSE), class and subject.

DhiEd is an independent provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CISCE, CBSE or any school.

2. Who can buy

Plans are bought by a parent or legal guardian, who must be at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian is the account holder, gives consent for the student’s use of DhiEd, and is responsible for that use.

3. Plans, access and validity

  • Each plan is for one student, one board and one class, and covers the subjects listed on the plan’s page.
  • Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts until 31 March of the academic session the plan was bought for, unless the plan page states another date.
  • Chapters are published through the session. A chapter marked “Coming soon” will be added by the month shown on the class page, as far as reasonably possible.
  • Exam Paper Check credits can be used until the plan ends. Unused credits do not carry over to a new session.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card or bank details. A GST invoice is emailed for every purchase. Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.

5. Accounts and fair use

  • Each login is for one student. Sharing a login, or copying, recording, reselling or publishing DhiEd material, is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended without refund.
  • Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Uploaded answer sheets must be the student’s own work and must not contain anything unrelated to the paper.

6. Paper checking

Uploaded papers are marked against the marking scheme for that paper. Marking uses AI assistance and is reviewed by a subject expert before the result is released. We aim to return papers within 48 hours. Marks are a guide to help students improve and are not a prediction of board results.

7. Our content

All flashcards, questions, papers, explanations, designs and software on DhiEd belong to Muktodhara or its licensors. A plan gives a personal, non-transferable right to use them for the student’s own study during the plan.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep DhiEd available at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features and material; we will not reduce what a paid plan includes during its validity.

9. Liability

DhiEd supports a student’s own study and schoolwork. We are not responsible for exam results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount paid for that plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
